Hi,
Please install Xcode 15.3 and run the following commands one by one:
flutter clean
flutter pub get
cd ios
pod install
pod update
cd ..
Once completed, open the project in Xcode, allow it to finish indexing, and then run the app.
If you are still facing any issues, I will connect tomorrow at 3:00 PM to help resolve them.
